📕 General Knowledge

What is the difference between Hosted and Imported Wiki?

Imported Wiki: you already have your Knowledge Base with other providers, but you want to leverage our AI Agent to reply in natural language to your users.
In this case, you don't have to change provider: you just link the URL of your actual knowledge base and you train the Agent on your existing content. Then you will need to simply integrate our widget wherever you want to make it accessible to your users.
If you change your content on your existing Knowledge Base, just re-train the Agent here on our platform for that single article.
With the imported Wiki, you just pay $ 0,79 per resolved issue, no monthly fee is due.
Hosted Wiki: you can use our platform to create you Knowledge Base (for customer support, internal users, on-boarding new employees, etc). You will have a public page with all the topics and articles and also an AI Agent that will answer in natural language to your users. You just need to integrate the widget wherever you want to make it accessible to your users. In this way, they won't have to sift through the documentation, but just ask questions in natural language.
For every Wiki you will create in your Knowledge Base, you will pay a monthly fee of $ 29 + you pay $ 0,79 per resolution
