What is a Resolution?
A resolution is recorded when the user either indicates satisfaction after the final AI response in a conversation or leaves the interaction without seeking further assistance.
You will only be billed once per conversation, so, if the user asked multiple questions in the same conversation, you will still be charged only once.

How does the billing cycle works?
At the end of each billing period (30 days), you are charged for all conversations resolved during that cycle, plus $29 for each hosted wiki, billed in advance for the following month.

How much does it cost?
If you already have a Knowledge Base with other providers, you won't have to pay any monthly fees with Grip. You simply link your content and the Agent will learn from your documentation. You then can embedd your Agent(s) wherever you want and it retrieve the information from your Knowledge Base and answer in natural language.
In this case, you simply pay $0,79 "Per Resolution", meaning just when we deliver value.
If, during a conversation, the user asks multiple questions that are solved, you just pay once.
On the other hand, if you don't have a Knowledge Base (or if you want to host your Knowledge Base on Grip), you can easily build your Wikis on our platform. With the help of AI, you can build a beautiful Wiki and share it with your customers or internal users.
