How does the billing cycle works?
At the end of each billing period (30 days), you are charged for all conversations resolved during that cycle, plus $29 for each hosted wiki, billed in advance for the following month.
You may notice a difference between the total number of conversations in a given period and the number of conversations billed. This can happen for the following reasons:
- Conversations with explicit user satisfaction: If the user explicitly indicates they are satisfied, the conversation is considered resolved and is closed immediately.
- Conversations without explicit satisfaction: If the user does not explicitly indicate satisfaction but leaves the conversation without further input, it is also considered resolved. However, we wait 7 days before closing it. If the user returns within those 7 days and reports an issue, the conversation will not be counted as resolved.
- Conversations with dissatisfaction or requests for human support: If the user indicates dissatisfaction or asks for human assistance, you will not be charged for that conversation.
