🔗 Imported Wikis
How you create a new Agent based on your actual Knowledge Base
Introduction
This guide provides a step-by-step process for creating a new Agent (an imported Wiki) based on your actual Knowledge Base (that you have with another provider).
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Create a New Wiki
Begin by clicking the 'Create Wiki' button, on the left menu
Step 2: Import your existing Wiki
Click the 'Import' button to start the process of crawling your actual wiki content to train the Agent.
Step 3: Enter URL
Enter the URL in the designated field to specify the source of the content you wish to import.
Step 4: Click on the Import Button
After entering the URL, click the 'Import' button to execute the import process. The Agent will be trained on your specific content.
Step 5: The Agent is being trained
Depending on the length of your content, it may require some minutes for the Agent to be trained and ready. We will notify via email as soon as it's ready (it's a fast process anyway).
Your Agent is ready to be deployed!
You can now deploy your Agent to your website/platform or wherever you want to embed it. You won't be able to manage topics and articles from here (you need to host your Wiki with us in that case).
The Agent update itself every 2 weeks by crawling your original content, but if you make changes and you want to force the update, you can always come here and re-train the Agent on hte single article by clicking the "Refresh" button for that article.
Or you can also re-train the whole Agent, if you make many edits in the original content.
Before deploying your Agent, you can also try it out, by clicking the "Try the Agent" button (top-right).
